Use CasesEnterprise
Register and track AI use cases through intake, assessment, and approval.
Use Cases are the core unit of governance. Each use case represents an AI deployment or initiative your organization wants to register, assess for risk, and track over time.
The Use Cases view displays all registered use cases with their current status. Depending on your configuration, this view may be shown as a list or a kanban board organized by lifecycle stage.
Use Case Lifecycle
A use case moves through the following stages after registration:
| Stage | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Initial intake completed; awaiting submission |
| Assessment | Active structured assessment in progress |
| Risk Mitigation | Assessment complete; mitigation actions being addressed |
| Awaiting Approval | Submitted for final approver review |
| Approved | Approved and active |
| Rejected | Returned with feedback |
