See the governance work that needs attention now, from agents running without a use case to use cases waiting past their response time.
The Action Center lists the governance work that needs attention: agents that are running without a use case, and use cases that are waiting on an approval or a missing requirement.
Go to Govern → Action Center.
Before you begin
- Your role needs access to the Govern module.
- New use case suggestions lists agents that have run in the last 30 days.
New use case suggestions
This panel lists agents that have run in the last 30 days and are not yet part of a use case. Each row shows the Agent and its Executions · 30d count, so the busiest agents appear first.
Locate the agent in New use case suggestions.
Click Register use case and complete the registration. See Creating a Use Case.
Once registered, the agent moves to Govern → Use Cases and leaves the suggestions list. When every active agent belongs to a use case, the panel shows No unregistered activity detected.
Time sensitive actions
This panel lists use cases whose current stage has passed its response time or is approaching it.

| Blocker | Pending approval when the stage is waiting on an approver, or Missing requirements when required items for the stage are incomplete |
| Status | Overdue with the time elapsed, or Due in with the time remaining |
Use the All, Overdue, and Approaching tabs to filter the list, then click Go to use case to open it and clear the blocker.

Connect your AI sources
The Connect banner shows which of your AI sources are connected. Each source lights up part of your AI surface and adds its agents to New use case suggestions. To connect more sources, go to Discover.
